Shipping and Return

 

Delivery

A $7, flat rate delivery charge of Teepee per order will be added at the time of check out TO ALL ORDERS.

All Teepees are sent with track and trace and require a signature on delivery. Due to heavy number of orders, we aim to ship your goods within 3 business days or less than that. However custom made Teepees that are made to order require more time to prepare (subject to availability) and can take extra few days . In the event that an item is out of stock or material is out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date.

According to our past records we manage to ship all our products within one week, but for safer side we would like to keep the 3 week time period. The best way is to place your order in advance and so you will get your order before your kid’s big day.

 

Cancellation and Return Policy

 

Within 7 days

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you place your order. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel your contract you must notify us either by email at cancel@myteepeeworld.com.au (you must get a confirmation of your email receipt) quoting your name and order reference in either instance.

 

If you are cancelling after 7 days and before receiving your product

This means we already started making your product, and we already paid for the materials and spent many hours for you project. In that case we are afraid we have to keep 5% from you payment in order to keep our staff motivate. But do not worry we always try to refund your full money.

 

After receiving the good

You have right to cancel the order after receiving the good. If you wish to cancel under this provision, please e-mail us at cancel@myteepeeworld.com.au. We will refund your payment on return of the item concerned (see Returns on how to return the item). The seven days start when the goods are dispatched for delivery. If you decide to cancel your order and the goods have already been dispatched to you, you will be required to return the item in its original condition at your own expense.

 

Change Of Mind without a valid reason

If you have changed your mind about the product you have purchased, you are welcome to return the product to us and you will be required to cover freight cost back to us. My Teepee World will happily exchange a product or issue a percentage of your product price.  Please note that we have to deduct some money since we have put our effort to give you the best product.  To be eligible for a partial refund, the item must be returned to us in its original condition; unassembled, with labels and original packaging intact, within 14 days of receipt. Once the item is returned and assessed, we will provide you the refund*.My Teepee World reserve the right to refuse return of a product that does not meet these requirements.

 Not Happy with our product

We want your kids to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days and we will issue you with a full refund for the price of the item. Also please let us know what went wrong with the product.

Faulty Or Damaged Items

We will refund postage costs if the return is due to a fault on our behalf.

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged on delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and My Teepee World must be advised PRIOR to send.

My Teepee World will at their discretion replace or repair any part found to be defective in material/workmanship or damaged in transit.

 

Incorrect Product Received

In the unlikely event that you should receive an incorrect product, please contact us via email immediately to arrange return and exchange. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, unassembled and in original condition and will only be re-delivered to the original address, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
